Overall great experience, cost effective, timely delivery, I highly recommend doing business with them. I live in the Pacific so any type of shipping is expensive, but Tool-discounters price with shipping was reasonable In my opinion unlike many Amazon Vendors that will only ship ground within the 48 states and will not beat or come close to Tool-discounters price which is why I am even posting publicly.

First time customer and very happy with my transaction. I received the tool i needed quickly and at the best price. The staff is great and ordering easy, a nice reminder that customer service isn't completely dead. Will definitely order from them again.

I ordered some tools (flat bars) not too long ago and they were shipped quickly. Check out was easy and fast. No problems or concerns. I will be buying more stuff from these guys in the future. I would recommend them to a friend

The tool I ordered was backordered and Tool Discounters informed me and offered a refund. Since I was not in a hurry, I opted to waitand as soon as the tool became available, they shipped it. Good communication and will use again.

Ordered a Sunex roll cart and the price could not be beat, shipping was a bit slow but it was no fault of them, FedEx dropped the ball.

They were good to send partial shipments on what they had and saved the rest for the few items that were backordered. I prefer this over waiting 2-3 weeks for just 1 or 2 items. Only feedback to improve is please send an email or a notification that this is just part of the order and the rest is otw. This way we're all on the same page. Thank you!

Easy website to navigate. Nice people to work with. We purchased wheel alignment kit. Took a while to get it. But that wasn’t their fault. The person I worked with about the shipment was very nice and I did end up receiving it quicker than I thought. Shipping was quick. Inventory is good as well.

Found this site by accident. They were offering a better price for my product than the large chain stores or any seller on Amazon. The standard shipping was free and got to me via FedEx in two days? Yes please I'll order more. Next time I need to buy tools if I don't have to have it right now I will order from here again.

I purchased the Ford Triton 3-valve spark plug extractor tool made by Lisle, from Tool Discounters. At first, it did not ship when I had expect d. When I called the service center, the helpful specialist answered my questions and discovered the DC where the tool was to be shipped from, was out of stock. He then found a DC closer to my location and said he would get the tool coming soon and to call back the following few days if I had any questions. I thanked him and hung up. I received my tool the next day! Great customer service!!

I ordered a Double Hex 10mm Toyota Head Bolt Wrench from ToolDiscounter and it was delivered on-time. Unfortunately, I ran into an issue with the manufacturing tolerance of the tool that didn't fit my application. I reached out to Mike and he quickly resolved my concern. I would not hesitate doing business with Mike and ToolDiscounter again because of the customer service and responsiveness.
